An integration seamlessly provides real-time stock level and order synchronisation, including tracking.
GOODS IN
We cross-check all items to confirm quantities and inspect for damage. If not received as such, we fold all garments and barcode all products.
The Goods In process takes 0-24 hours, you will receive an automated report once complete detailing what we received.
STORAGE
All goods we receive get a period of free storage.
We will provide stock reports for both fast- and slow-moving products and strive to collaborate with you in providing solutions for slow-moving/overstocked products.
MAINTENANCE
We regularly stock-take products, drastically alleviating the chance of products over or underselling.
We take pride in our 0.09% cancellation ratio due to oversold products.
CUSTOMISATION
Choose from personalised, colour despatch notes with room for logos, slogans, returns policy, contact information and more. These can be specific to you, or a client of yours.
Leaflets, stickers etc can be thrown into each order at your request, F.O.C
Branded packaging can be discussed and provided upon request.
PICK & SCAN
Products are scanned to confirm that they match the order.
We take pride in our 0.04% order mistake ratio.
PACKING
We have 3 simple rules:
Carefully choose the right type of packaging, making sure the item is fully immersed, protecting it from damage, the weather and theft
Fill loose space with eco filler so the item cannot move in transit
Combine multiple items into 1 piece of packaging only if safe to do so

SHIPPING
We offer a range of efficient, trustworthy suppliers; from Royal Mail to DPD, FedEx and Parcelforce. Choose untracked, tracked or courier services on a store, product or country basis.
We aim to ship all orders placed up until 3pm, Monday-Friday, same day.
RETURNS
We ingest and process returns from both customers and our suppliers, tasks include:
Inspecting all goods to make sure they are fit for resale
Translating foreign languages
Quarantining returns for redelivery to a correct/new address
Processing returns to increase stock levels on store
Communicating returns and their reasons with you automatically
If needed, you may offer customers our Royal Mail portal that allows them to generate a tracked UK returns label themselves.
B2B/MANUAL ORDERS
If you have a request or need products shipping without an order, we will manually create them for you. From a package, box, or a pallet, we've got you covered!
INSURANCE
Full (fire/theft/flood/damage) protection on all products housed with us.
CHART REPORTING
Registering sales is an important process for those wanting to scale the charts.
We are an Official Chart Company (OCC) authorised retailer in the UK, meaning you don't need to worry about a thing when it comes to chart reporting your records.
